Instructions

 

                

  • Post the Amsler grid on a solid surface that you pass by at least a few times a day, such as the bathroom mirror or refrigerator.

    •                 

  • Hold the grid as you would when reading.

    •                  

  • If you wear any kind of glasses, use them while testing with the Amsler grid.

    •                

  • Cover one eye, with the eye that is not covered, focus on the dot in the center of the grid.

    •                 

  • You should notice the dot and the lines in the grid should be straight.
